We need your help to make this years event a musical magical experience for all attendees! We are looking for Sponsors, Vendors, Community Partners, Performers and Activity Ideas. Please take a moment to think about who you know like neighbors, friends, family or wondrous things you have seen! Below is a list of ideas we have of what we are looking for but because we want to have a new experience we are open to all ideas!

Artisan & Merchant Application

We are seeking a variety of creators for the Saturday, September 9th event. These would include handmade items like paintings, pottery, glass, woodcarving, weavings, jewelry, wall art, etc.. Each item is typically unique or one-of-a-kind. We are not asking for money up front, instead we are asking for 10% of your day's sales or $50, whichever is the lowest. 

Sponsorship Application

Be a Sponsor of a day filled with magical music and delightful activities that activate the imagination of all! The Highlands Ranch Concert Band has been performing this event for over 15 years and has played to thousands of people! This year we have added a new theme and more interactive activities for all ages and we need your support!

$3,000 Crescendo Title Sponsor Level
(only one available) Deadline for print 8/1/23 Your company name would appear in the title of the event. The Highlands Ranch Concert Band Presents the Enchanted Forest Festival by (your company name). You will receive a 10 X 10 space if you want to have a booth at the Enchanted Forest Festival. You will be able to hang a banner up on the stage area (no larger than 6’ wide X 3’ high). Your name and/or logo will appear on all event collateral - Website, Social Media Posts, Newsletters, Signage, Flyers, Invites, and you will be thanked from the music stage throughout the day!

$500 Treble Clef Signature Sponsor Level
You have the opportunity to sponsor one of the following areas - Kids Corner, a Performance, Beer Garden, Costume Contest, Parade and More! You will receive a 10 X 10 space if you want to have a booth at the Enchanted Forest Festival. Your name/logo will appear on select event collateral - Website, Social Media Post, Newsletters, Signage, Flyers, etc..

$100 Encore Sponsor Level
You will receive a 10 X 10 space if you want to have a booth at the Enchanted Forest Festival. Your name/logo will appear on select event collateral - Website, Welcome Sign, Flyers.

Performer Application

We are seeking a variety of performers for the Saturday, September 9th event. These would include magician, stilt walkers, hoola-hooper, ariels, clowns/costumed, cirque, balloon animals, puppet show, dancers, children's choirs, youth bands, youth color guard or cheer group (local high school or center).  Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted regarding your request.

Community Partner Application

We are seeking a variety of community partners for the Saturday, September 9th event.

You will be given a free 10 x 10 area to set up your booth. Please no political organizations

 Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted regarding your request.

  • Story telling (librarians or bookstores)

  • Interactive music station (Music Store or teacher?) 

  • Dance classes (Local community centers or studios)

  • Craft station (Girl Scouts, Art centers or Artists)

  • Childrens Choirs and Youth Bands perform

  • Youth Color Guard or Cheer Group (local high school or center)

  • Nature Centers or Park & Rec

Food Vendor Application

  • Snow cones

  • Cotton candy

  • Ice cream

  • Baked treats

  • Lemonade

  • Tacos

  • Pizza 

  • Hot dogs, corn dogs and brats

  • Popcorn

  • Picnic boxes

We are seeking a variety of food vendors for the Saturday, September 9th event. These would include but not limited to food items like Baked goods, Snow cones, Cotton candy, Ice cream, Lemonade, Tacos, Nachos, Pizza, Hot dogs, Corn dogs and Brats, Popcorn or Picnic boxes.
We are not asking for money up front instead, we are asking for 10% of your days sales or $50 whichever is the lowest.
